Vallis clausura aseptica est valva controlata pneumatica, instructa aut cum alveo PTFE aut cum alveo metallicum ad certificandum altum gradum sigilli. Praecludit efficaciter contaminationem externam producti et certificat processum sterilem. Usurpatur latissime in industriis pharmaceuticis, biotechnologicis, cosmeticis et alimentariis ubi condiciones asepticae requiruntur.

DESCRIPTIO DETAILIATA
Fistula aperit et clauditur sub conditionibus sterilis gratia actuarii specialiter designati qui trahit fistulam retractilem instructam cum ventriculo rugoso PTFE aut metallo. Haec structura sigillandi praecisa facit motum dum integritatem ascepticam servat. Facta ex materialibus alti rendimentum, fistula bonam operationem sigillandi servat etiam post iterationes SIP (Sterilization-in-Place).
Superficies levis ventriculi certam sterilizationem et lavationem praebet, dum designum sigilli unicum loca mortua intra fistulam tollit, ita periculum contaminationis minuens et operationem hygienicam per totum processum conservans.
