ဒီ အားပိုင်ခြင်းအမျိုးအစားရှိ manhole က hygienic လုပ်ငန်းများထဲမှာ အသုံးပြုရန် ဒီဇိုင်းထုတ်ထားတယ်။ ဥပမာ- အစားအစာ၊ brewing၊ beverage နဲ့ pharmaceutical processing စသည်ဖြင့်။ အားပိုင်ခြင်းရှိ tanks တွင် တပ်ဆောင်ရန်အတွက် ဒီဇိုင်းထုတ်ထားပါတယ်။ အားပိုင်ခြင်းရှိ safety နဲ့ လွယ်ကူစွာဝင်ရောက်လို့ရတဲ့ access အတွက် အပြင်ဘက်သို့ဖွင့်ပေးတဲ့ lid ရှိပါတယ်။ လိုအပ်ရင် plastic သို့မဟုတ် stainless steel handwheels ရှိပါတယ်။ ဒီ unit မှာ flange-mounted sight glass သို့မဟုတ် welded-type viewing window ပါဝင်ပြီး clear inspection capability ကို ပြုပြင်ပေးပါတယ်။ Internal surfaces တွင် Ra 0.8µm–0.5µm အထိ polish ထားပြီး external surfaces တွင် polished၊ matte သို့မဟုတ် sandblasted finishes ရှိပါတယ်။ အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သော pressures အတွက် 5.0 bar အထိ ဒီဇိုင်းထုတ်ထားပြီး FDA-compliant gaskets (EPDM၊ NBR၊ Silicone သို့မဟုတ် FPM) ဖြင့် sealed ထားပြီး 21 CFR 177.2600 အရောင်းအဝယ်နှင့် ကိုက်ညီပါတယ်။ Manhole က standard heights အတွက် 100mm၊ 120mm သို့မဟုတ် 150mm ရှိပြီး အခြား dimensions တွင် customize လို့ရပါတယ်။ ဥပမာ- wall thicknesses (4mm သို့မဟုတ် required as per need) ပါ။ AISI 304 (1.4301) သို့မဟုတ် AISI 316L (1.4404) မှ constructed ထားပြီး handwheels ရဲ့ count ကိုလည်း specific customer needs အတိုင်း tailor လို့ရပါတယ်။ ဒီ manhole က hygiene၊ durability နဲ့ configurability တွင် excellent ဖြစ်ပြီး pressure-rated sanitary applications အတွက် ideal ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
