High Containment Powder Valve (also known as αβ valves) are used for the closed transfer of highly active and toxic powders to prevent material leakage and protect operators and the environment. They consist of an active valve and a passive valve, which must be connected to open. After separation, each valve seals independently, achieving an OEB level of 5 for sealing performance and an OEL of < 1 µg/m³. Made of 316L stainless steel and using FDA-grade seals, they are widely used in pharmaceutical and chemical industries for API feeding and IBC transfer processes requiring strict isolation.
1. Low retention, no dead corner, high cleanliness, and small torque.
2. The airbag and plunger have no friction, so that the service life of the valve is extended.

1. Open relief valve (relief pressure of airbag)
2. Rotate the booster valve handwheel, and the internal of the booster valve will be filled with air.
3. Close the relief valve.
1. Rotate the main valve handwheel until the valve core fully retracts.
2. The material will go into the sampling port.

into the container.
1. Rotate the booster valve handwheel until the airbag gets
inflated into sealing, and observe the pressure gauge at 1 bar.
2. Close the valve.
