The Round Manhole Cover is specifically designed for use in hygienic processing industries such as food, beverage, brewing, and pharmaceuticals. It offers a reliable and sanitary access point for inspection, cleaning, or maintenance of tanks and vessels. This model features an outward-opening round lid, ensuring user safety and convenience. Available with plastic or stainless steel handwheels, it allows for flexible customization based on operational needs. The inner surface is polished to a high sanitary standard (Ra 0.8µm–0.5µm), while the outer surface can be provided with a polished, matte, or sandblasted finish to meet different aesthetic and hygiene preferences. Designed to withstand working pressures up to 1.0 bar, the unit is sealed with FDA-compliant gaskets (EPDM, NBR, Silicone, FPM) certified under FDA 21 CFR 177.2600. Standard height options include 100mm, 120mm, and 150mm, and both height (H1) and wall thickness can be customized. Constructed from premium-grade stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301) or AISI 316L (1.4404), this round manhole offers excellent corrosion resistance, long-term durability, and optimal hygiene performance for sanitary tank applications.
