Detailed Description
WJ6 Aseptic Diaphragm Valve – CNC Precision Machining & FDA-Grade Diaphragms
The WJ6 aseptic diaphragm valve features CNC precision machining, ensuring a perfect match between the sealing surface of the valve body and the diaphragm curvature. This reduces friction, extends diaphragm lifespan, and enhances performance in sterile fluid transfer, biopharmaceutical processing, and high-purity applications.
The internal valve chamber can be mechanically polished or electropolished upon request. Surface finish can reach as low as Ra 0.25μm, meeting stringent GMP cleanability standards.
Soft Elastic Material Diaphragm – Chemical Resistance & Flexibility
Crafted from soft elastic materials, the diaphragm resists chemical attack from media containing fibrous residues, solid particles, or catalysts. This property ensures consistent sealing performance even under challenging conditions such as CIP/SIP cleaning, pharmaceutical production, or biotech fermentation systems.
Depending on the working temperature, disinfection process, and media chemistry, we offer various diaphragm materials including EPDM, PTFE, and others tailored to your application.
FDA & Other Compliance Certifications
All AOMI diaphragm valves conform to FDA standards, making them ideal for pharmaceutical, food, and biotechnology industries. Other certifications, such as USP Class VI, 3A Sanitary, CE, ISO, can be provided upon request.
Material Selection – Safety First
Before selecting diaphragm and valve body materials, users should perform a full application analysis, especially in chemical processing and pharmaceutical environments. Chemical compatibility must be confirmed with reliable data or third-party validation to ensure long-term safety, integrity, and durability of the valve.
Diaphragm Fixation Method – Vacuum-Proof Design
Our valves use a screw-fixed diaphragm retention method, which distributes mechanical load across the full surface of the bolt. Compared to perforated fixation designs, this method significantly reduces the risk of mechanical failure under vacuum conditions, ensuring superior reliability and tight sealing.
Aomi’s unique aseptic diaphragm seal structure eliminates hygiene risk areas, ensures complete self-draining, and is more compatible with CIP/SIP processes.
